Abstract EN

After the appearance of the Corona virus (COVID-19), and caused the death of millions of human beings-God willing-it was obligatory to create a vaccine that may prevent being infected by COVID-19.

Thus protecting people from the risk of severe symptoms caused by COVID-19.

God has opened for scientists and specialists by discovering an appropriate vaccine against it.

In this research, the term “Matoom (vaccine)”, was used which is a synonym of Loqaah (vaccine).

A vaccine is a biological preparation that provides active acquired immunity to a particular infectious disease.” which is (Covid 19) vaccine, and according to its effect on the body, like medicines, also according to its composition announced by the World Health Organization (WHO); it seems that the (Covid 19) vaccine, is permissible (HLALA).As a result of this epidemic; the public and private religious and worldly interests of the people were disrupted.

So based on Shariah (the fundamental religious concept of Islam; namely, its law), Fuqahā (Islamic jurist, an expert in fiqh; or Islamic jurisprudence and Islamic Law), studied the vaccine usage and production.

This research concluded permissible of the vaccination, production and purchasing.

Also, concluded that the vaccination is obligation if the government required that; except for whom medically excluded.
