يعد التفكير الاستراتيجي من بين أهم الاستراتجيات التي يمكن اليوم أن تعتمد عليها المنظمات في سبيل تطوير نفسها، و لعل ذلك ما جعله موضع اهتمام الكثير من القائمين على المنظمات على اختلاف حجمها و طبيعتها، و لأن التغيرات التي تحدث اليوم لها بالغ الأثر على المنظمات فإن استخدام مدخل التفكير الاستراتيجي لمجابهة هذه التغيرات أضحى حتمية ضرورية لدى جل المنظمات، و على اعتبار أن المنظمات الجزائرية ليست في منأى عن ما يحدث فإن تطبيق و استخدام التفكير الاستراتيجي هو الآخر ضرورة لا بد منها، و في هذا المقام سنحاول أن نصف واقع المشهد التنظيمي الجزائري انطلاقا من استخدام التفكير الاستراتيجي

Strategic thinking is one of the most important strategies that organizations today can rely on in order to develop themselves.
To counter these changes has become a necessary imperative for most organizations, and considering that the Algerian organizations are not immune to what is happening, the application and use of strategic thinking is also a must, and in this regard we will try to describe the reality of the Algerian organizational scene from As long as strategic thinking.
