Abstract EN

This study aims to highlight knowledge management’s impact in enhancing organizational performance in the economic institutions.

This is through focusing on knowledge management’s concept and its most important requirements as well as its models, in addition to clarifying the organizational performance’s concept, its objectives, and its most important determinants.

To answer the study’s questions and test its hypotheses, the descriptive analytical method is adopted, and Algeria Telecom Corporation’s workers, in Tebessa, were selected as a study community.

One of the most important results obtained after analyzing the questionnaire using SPSS22 program is that the economic institution's adoption of knowledge management significantly and directly affects its employees’ performance.
