In order to keep abreast of developments in the provision of services, and in order to reach acceptable levels that satisfy the tourist on the one hand and on the other hand, to raise the level of tourism services in Algeria to the ranks of the leading countries in the global ranking, Algeria turned to the adoption of the quality tourism scheme, this research paper aims to assess the efficacy of the scheme The study concluded that tourism in Algeria is still far from the goals set in order to raise the level of its quality, and the signs of the success of this scheme from its failure are not clear in the ence of effective planning and appropriate capabilities.
