هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى اختبار فعالية قناة سعر الصرف في نقل أثار السياسة النقدية على الاقتصاد الحقيقي في الجزائر، باستعمال تقنيةARDL باعتبارها واحدة من النماذج الديناميكة التي تمكننا من فهم التفاعلات الحاصلة بين كل من سعر الصرف و سعر الفائدة و صافي الصادرات و رصيد حساب رأس المال.
و قد خلصت هذه الدراسة إلى عدم فعالية قناة سعر الصرف في الجزائر، و بذلك ينتفي اثرها على صافي الصادرات و على حساب رأس المال، و من ثم ينعدم أثرها على الاقتصاد الحقيقي.
Abstract EN
The aim of this study was test the effectiveness of the exchange rate channel in transmitting the impacts of monetary policy on the real economy in Algeria, by using ARDL technique that considers as one of the dynamic models, which enables us to understand the interactions between the exchange rate, interest rate, net exports and the capital account balance.
This study concluded that the exchange rate channel is ineffective in Algeria, thus negating its impact on net exports and at the capital account, and then its impact on the real economy is negated.
