This research paper aims to study the reality of the Islamic financial industry in Algeria, and to extract the most important challenges facing it and its future prospects.

This is after Algeria officially adopted this industry at the beginning of the year 2020.

The research paper concluded that the Islamic financial industry in Algeria is still nascent, but it has witnessed a remarkable development.

This industry faces several challenges, the most important of which are the strategic and legal dimension, and the dimension of digitization.

The Islamic financial industry in Algeria has several prospects, the most important of which is focusing on it to be the ideal solution to eliminate the parallel currency market in Algeria, and to push the wheel of growth by enabling the largest possible segment of dealers to enter the financial market.
