The idea of arbitration appeared as a means to attract foreign investors in order to contribute to the development of the national economy of the state, as countries began to enact laws in order to facilitate the investment process.

The idea of international arbitration in the internal laws of the country.

Accordingly, we aim through this article to show the Algerian legislator's position on the international arbitration system and the extent to which it is embodied in the internal laws on the one hand, and on the other hand, the effectiveness of this system in serving the interests of investors and the success of their investment in order to encourage and develop investments inside the country.
