Many children in the world are exposed to various dangers that impede their growth and hinder the development of their capabilities, and among these obstacles is the employment of children in arduous work that does not suit their physical capabilities, under difficult circumstances, what negatively affects their future, for this the international community prompted to expedite the establishment of a legal system that protects the working child from various aspects of exploitation, Therefore, this study aims to describe this phenomenon and how the international community deals with it through identifying international efforts to protect working children in both the International Labor Organization and the Convention on the Rights of the Child and other efforts of Arab organizations.
