Abstract EN

The reasons for this study were based on an effort to create a realistic grap in application in order to link the economic blocs to the requirements for achieving sustainable development by sterengthening the technological dimension.

The current age of dynamism made neutrality a sterile face of competition, that’s why its essential to through cluster experimentsin order to fuel economic forced .

By using a successful model that has provided its worth in measuring the benefits of economic blocs in line of thier vailable resources, and with thier objectives in the period (2000-2019) .

The most important result has been that the economic bloc can be the culmination of strenghteni the technological dimension of sustainable development through the point of technology transfer and recovery of infrastructure through foreign direct investment,where the Kozieti curve is used as measure of the cycle of ideas and objectives sought from the study
