هدفت هذه الورقة البحثية إلى تحديد أهم المتغيرات المفسرة لمعدل التشغيل في الجزائر في الأجلين القصير و البعيد خلال الفترة الزمنية (1986-2019) باستخدام نموذج الانحدار الذاتي للإبطاء الزمني الموزع (ARDL)، حيث تم انتقاء ثلاث متغيرات مستقلة و هي: أسعار النفط، معدل الانفتاح التجاري و حجم سكان الجزائر من الفئة النشطة.
وقد خلصت الدراسة إلى أنه لسعر النفط علاقة موجبة مع معدل التشغيل في المدى القصير و البعيد، أما معدل الانفتاح التجاري فلا يظهر تأثيره على معدل التشغيل إلا على المدى البعيد و بعلاقة طردية، كما أسفرت الدراسة عن وجود علاقة سلبية قصيرة و طويلة الأجل بين حجم السكان من الفئة النشطة و معدل التشغيل.
وقد أثبتت النتائج وجود علاقة توازنية طويلة الأجل بين معدل التشغيل و المتغيرات المفسرة له و هذا باستخدام منهج الحدود
Abstract EN
This research paper aimed at determining the most important explanatory variables on the employment rate in Algeria in the short and long runs during the period (1986-2019) by using the autoregressive distributed lag model(ARDL), where three independent variables were selected: oil prices, the trade openness rate and the size of the active population in Algeria.
The study concluded that the oil prices have a positive relationship with the employment rate in the short and long runs, as for the openness trade rate effect does not appear except in the long run in a positive relationship, as for the size of the active population is inversely related to the employment rate in the short and long terms.
The results showed the existence of a long term equilibrium relationship between the employment rate and the variables that explain it using bounds test.
