Abstract EN

An analytical study of the phenomenon of intertextuality that appeared in the poems of the poet Muhammad Abdullah Al-Buraiki: (Diwan of Beit Ail to Fall, a Diwan that Begins with the Sea), and it came with the title: “The manifestations of the Qur’anic story in the poetry of Muhammad Abdullah Al-Buraiki between the Quranic constant and poetic displacement", I tried in it to touch the aspects of the Qur’anic story in his poetry, and to reveal the extent to which he employs it, the extent to which he is affected by the Holy Qur’an, and the patterns he relied upon in his connection with the Qur’anic text.

Then it is proven with sources and references, and an index of topics as follows: Introduction: I talked about the importance of the topic, the reasons for choosing it, the approach followed in the study, and its plan.

And intertextuality, and the first topic came under the title: Evoking the Qur’anic story in the poetry of Muhammad Al-Buraiki, in which I talked about evoking the stories of the prophets - peace be upon them –: Joseph, Noah, Moses, Yunus, and I also talked about the story of the Virgin Mary, and the story of the owners of the elephant.

As for the second topic, it came under the title: Patterns of Intertextuality with the Qur’anic Story in the Poetry of Muhammad al-Buraiki, in which I talked about the two patterns of absorption and modification, which are the two patterns that the poet employed in his connection with the Qur’anic story, and then came the conclusion to present the most prominent findings of the research.
