Abstract EN

The current study aimed to determine the prevalence of psychological burnout among the teachers , and to know the differences in the burnout psychological attributable to (sex, qualifications, years of experience, the grade that the teacher deals with), the sample study included (360) teachers, including(180) Males, (180) Females.

To achieve the objectives of the study a measurement of the psychological burnout prepared by the researcher was used , and the results of the study pointed to the weakness of the prevalence of psychological burnout teacher, and indicated the lack of statistically significant differences in the burnout psychological attributable (sex, years of experience, the grade that the teacher deals with), while the results indicated a statistically significant difference in psychological burnout due to the academic qualifications for those who have the bachelor degree.
