The important role that internal communication plays in the management of the institution has led many researchers to focus on this factor due to its significant role in decision-making in the institution and as an indispensable element in any institution of different nature and activity.

Through this study we tried to find out the role of internal communication in the decision-making process by studying the case of the Foundation of The Building of Success, where the questionnaire was used as a tool for this study and 30 questionnaires were distributed, and this data was analyzed on Through the SPSS statistical analysis program, we have found that intercom has an important and active role in the organization
