Public space is primarily the social space "patterns of living together" and recognition of the other in the constantly changing public domain, and in this sense the public social space "use" raises the question of the development of practices and behaviors in the face of complex social phenomena.

The social space consists of several levels.

As for the social field, it is dominated by dominating relationships, as it is a place for a hidden and declared struggle to define the legitimate principles of dividing the benefits of this field.

The status of individuals and groups is determined by the positions it occupies within this social space.

Accordingly, the social space is not a geographical space, nor a grouping of persons, but rather a social structure, hidden, dynamic, interactive, that must be revealed.

Contrary to what was written about social space, Bourdieu's conception reveals that what takes place inside space is not always aimed at change and spreading democracy(Habermas, 1997).
