English Abstract

The research is based on the study of artistic trends and concepts of postmodern arts, which are divided into a group of directions (Assemblage, Visual Art, Installation Art, Minimal Art, Abstract Art) and the philosophy of these arts and their conceptual content The research problem is based on The extent of the possibility of applying postmodern trends in contemporary textiles, and the research followed the descriptive and analytical approach.

The researcher also dealt with the philosophy of artistic trends and their application in contemporary textile, and dealt with some of the works of weaving artists from Arabs and foreigners to learn about the philosophical vision followed in weaving, and the researcher reached the close relationship between textile and arts, and that textile is a fertile entrance to the production of distinctive works of art, and the possibility of applying artistic trends In contemporary fabric.
