English Abstract

A Musical Scale is known to be consisted of Seven Tunes and the Eighth is the duplication of the first tune in the end of the Maqam , as the Maqam in the Arabian Music is the set of sequenced tunes ascending from Heavy to Sharp , Confined between a tune and its repetition or its end , meaning a sequenced scale from a tune to the Sharp tune ,and every Arabian Maqams is distinguished from other scales as a result to the difference in the duration between its tunes Research Problem the researcher Noticed during the studies and educating of the Maqam El-Saba Family , The difference in the First Tetrachords , other than other Arabian Maqam families , where the difference in every Maqam family is through the Secondary Tetrachords , of which picked the attention of the researcher that “ El-Saba Maqam “ can be originated from another Maqam, Maqam Delanshin which is one of the Maqams in El-Rast Family , but it starts from the Fa-tune (jharkah) Aims of the Research - The addition of two new Maqams to the Maqam El-Rast family , by proving the existence of a relation between Maqam El-Saba and Maqam Delanshin Importance of the Research 1 – Introducing and defining Maqam El-Saba Family .

2 – Explaining and defining Maqam Delanshin as a member of the Maqam El-Rast family .

3 – Presenting the Relation Extent between Maqam El-Saba family and Maqam Delanshin Research Questions 1 – What is the relation between Maqam El-Saba and Maqam Delanshin ? 2 – What is the optimal method to connect Maqam Delanshin with Maqam El-Saba ? 3 – Will the analysis and connecting between Maqam Delanshin and Maqam El-Saba result in two new Maqams for the Maqam El-Rast family
