Abstract EN

This study was aimed at learning the reality of the practice of servant leadership from the perspective of the employees of the Riyadh Setif Foundation.

Thedescriptive approach was used to describe and analyse the reality of the application of servant leadership practices.

Following the analysis of the data using SPSS, it was concluded that the level of the practice of servent leadership dimensions came to a high degree from the point of view of the employees, and that the most influential factor among the practices of these dimensions is the putting subordinates.
