Recently, an inclusive tourism approach has emerged globally as an excellent opportunity to strengthen competitiveness, quality and sustainability in tourist destinations Through inclusive accessibility based on global design that does not exclude the disabled, the elderly, pregnant women, children and others in designing products, communications, environments and services to make tourism available to all.

This study came within the framework of an attempt to address the concept of inclusive tourism and identify its requirements, in addition to presenting the experience of Dubai, the most prominent Arab tourist destination that has taken practical steps towards the requirements of this tourism approach.

It was found that the inclusive tourism is based on provision: eligible infrastructure, accessible tourist services, accessible transfer, information available to everyone, and that by combining laws supporting people with special needs and global design techniques and information technology.
