Abstract EN

This research aims to study the spread of some misconceptions among the Muslim youth in the name of religiosity without taking into account the differences of jurisprudence from the era of the Companions to the era of the four jurists and without paying attention to the purposes of Islamic law, which led to a deviation of the intellectual consequences of negatively of the societies.

The research also includes addressing the elders of Islam to this phenomenon in this era, especially Sheikh Yusuf al - Qaradawi And Muhammad al-Ghazali.

In this research, I began to study the jurisprudential rule of origin in the permissive things, and the prohibition is only a text.

We will also discuss the concept of entertainment in Islam and the view of Sheikh Yusuf al-Qaradawi.

In addition, we will also talk about the Mohammed El Ghazali point of view on some notions as point of discussion and dialogue, the collision and the concept of asceticism in Islam, wealth and poverty.
