Abstract EN

The Corona pandemic (Covid-19) exposed the fragility of the global economy, the financial system and global trade, and revealed the fragility of the SME’s infrastructure.

And it provided the opportunity for the companies that deal in electronic commerce to survive, continue and grow more than others, so that the patterns of the virtual economy during this crisis achieved huge profits.

It is expected that this crisis will impose new concepts of work, production methods and the expansion of service marketing, the transfer of technology and knowledge, and e-commerce forms.
