This article has dealtwith the study of venture capital institutions as a mechanism for financingprojects and a basis and basis for theirfinancial support, especiallyafter the issuance of the legislativelawsorganizing and structuring venture capital institutions and the creation and establishment of some public and private institutions active in the form of financingwithinvestment capital, by adopting the concept of mechanisms and mechanisms of work and activity of these institutions.
