Public deals are an important mechanism of public spending and one of the means used in central and local administrations in implementing the country’s economic and social strategies and programs.

Hence, in our research, we decided to address this strange global phenomenon that is rapidly penetrating into the bodies of nations and which gnaws at them like weevils gnaw through wood.

We also focused on the harmful and extremely dangerous effects it has on economic and social development and on striking the credibility of the state and making it lose all its credibility before national and even foreign public opinion.
