This research paper aims to shed light on the phenomenon of unofficial economic activity, attempting to identify the measures through which it can be contained within the official frameworks of commercial and economic activities and practices, so that it becomes a registered activity subject to the control of the concerned government departments, benefiting from the accompaniment, support, insurance and protection provided by the government through its different bodies and agencies, and at the same time, contributing to the financing of the state treasury and supporting the government's financing capabilities at the central and local levels, in addition to the positive reflection of all this on the activity itself, in terms of its opportunities for more growth and development due to the favorable regulatory conditions in which it is practiced on the one hand, and on the material and social aspect of its practitioners as a result of the growth and expansion of their activities and its impact on increasing their incomes and improving their financial positions on the other hand.
