This research studies the problem of the Arabic technical terms, facing the foreign concepts, and terms.

It ' the commencement always with the concepts, to arrange them in similar and closed groups, and [٠ suggest suitable closed terms for every group.

The research is also concerned with the conditions, standardization and the roots of every term.

It concentrates on two vital elements, which are: the logical, and the linguistic one.

In addition, it presents the dangers of the multiplicity' and scattering of the terms.

It offers methods for the unification all of them.
