Abstract EN

In the law of the prevention and fight against corruption, the Algerian legislator has established a series of preventive measures, the most important of which is the necessity for practicing a code of profession ethics by employees since it is considered as preventive measures to activate legal and constitutional principles that are transparency, integrity and efficiency in the public service.

In addotion, the reinforcement of the moral values of the employee has a great role in preventing corruption crimes since the employee is regarded as a mainelement of corruption crimes.

Therefore, the political authority of the State must sensitize the employee to the duties of the profession ethics and to remind the dangers of corruption crimes, by activating the administrative supervision, whether direct or indirect, to adhere to the ethics of the profession as a preventive measure to reduce the spread of this type of crime.
