This article aims to examine the impact of the sale's provisions of the property which are affected by the evolution of the contractual system and the emergence of electronic contracts that are concluded without the physical presence of the parties although the form of sale in the context of electronic transactions that requires its liberalization.

The electronic registration becomes official and prepared especially since the legislature has recognized them in articles 323 and 333 from the civil code, the ownership of the property sold is transferred by completing registration proceedings at the tax authority by the electronic access by its portal.

The contract of sale of the property in electronic form is approved by the shared applications with the notary.
