The recognition of the international criminal responsibility of individuals for serious violations of human rights is a real pillar for achieving justice and fairness, but legal confusion arises when such crimes are committed by children, which causes controversy about their legal status and therefore we will try through this study Addressing the specificity of the international criminal responsibility of child soldiers for the crimes they commit during the recruitment period and identifying the position of each of the international bodies regarding the recognition of the international criminal responsibility of child soldiers and the position of the temporary international criminal courts and the International Criminal Court and addressing the procedures adopted against child soldiers in the event that criminal responsibility is established against them By reviewing the models and experiences of some countries that are keen to ensure a fair trial of children and follow the policy of disarmament and immediate release of child soldiers and try to reintegrate them into society whenever possible.
