This study examines the strategy of the Algerian state in the embodiment of the digitization of administrative organs in the local administration (the digitization project in the municipality) in order to accelerate their work and improve their performance, In accordance with the principle of improving the relationship between administration and citizen.

The aim of the study is to publicize this trend, which has been imposed by a number of internal and external environmental variables in the context of new technologies and digital transformations, as well as the ever-growing population, to increase its demands and aspirations for a life of well-being, and to eliminate the red tape imposed by the administrative bureaucracy for decades.
