this study aims to determine the role of electronic management in Improving the performance of human resources management at the Algerian Telecom company, and in order to answer the problematic, the descriptive and analytical approach was adopted, and the data were collected using a questionnaire, and after analyzing the collected data using the SPSS V24 program, this study concludes that the Electronic management contributes significantly to Improving the performance of human resources management in Algerian Telecom.
