This research aims to determine the most important sources of economic growth in Algeria during the period (1981-2019), we have relied on the autoregressive distributed lag model.

the results showed the existence of the Granger causality in the short-term from every source toward the real gross domestic product, and for the long-term, the real gross domestic product did not respond to the changes in its three sources, represented by workers number, gross real fixed capital formation and rate exports to the gross domestic product
