This study aims to highlight the importance for domestic companies to reduce costs in order to gain a competitive advantage and greater market share by selling at lower prices.

We relied on the analytical method, and the questionnaire method.

Thus, our study concluded that reducing the costs of companies gives them a competitive advantage that helps them to remain stable and sustainable in a highly competitive market
