تبحث الدراسة في كيفية تطبيق نظام تداول انبعاثات الكربون وذلك على ضوء التجربة الصينية، على اعتبار أن هذه الأخيرة أول متسبب لانبعاثات غاز ثاني أكسيد الكربون في العالم، كما أنها أقوى الاقتصاديات الناشئة التي تتميز بالتوسع الاقتصادي.
توصلت الدراسة إلى أن نظام تداول الانبعاثات يتمتع بالمرونة التي تسمح بالتكيف مع التغيرات الاقتصادية لكنه يتطلب الكفاءة العالية في إدارة الأسواق.
Abstract EN
The study examines how to implement carbon emissions trading system in the light of the Chinese experience.
The latter is the first emitter of carbon dioxid in the world, and it is also the strongest emerging economies characterized by economic expansion.
The study found that the emissions trading have flexibility to adapt to economic changes, but it requires efficiency in managing the markets
