هدفت الدراسة لمعرفة مدى مساهمة المؤسسات على مستواها الجزئي لتحقيق اهداف التنمية المستدامة، تطرقنا في الجانب النظري لتعريف المؤسسة المستدامة و المفاهيم المرتبطة بها، فيما خصصنا الجانب التطبيقي على شركة كوندور كنموذج لمؤسسة مستدامة، المعالجة تمت بطريقة وصفية تحليلية، و خلصنا إلى تمكن شركة كوندور من ان تصبح مؤسسة مستدامة من خلال ادماج وظيفة التنمية المستدامة و تحقيق مؤشرات اقتصادية، اجتماعية و بيئية
Abstract EN
The study aims to find out the extent of the contribution of entreprises at their micro level to achieve the goals of sustainable development.
The theoretical side of the study defines the sustainable enterprise and the concepts associated with it, while the applied part is devoted to Condor company's as a model for a sustainable enterprise.
The study follows a descriptive-analytical approaches.
It comes to the conclusion that Condor company succeeded to become a sustainable institution by integrating the function of sustainable development and achieving economic, social and environmental indicators
