Abstract EN

The study aimed to determine the most important requirements for the transition to digital informatics to improve social welfare services, and to identify the most important difficulties facing this shift, in order to arrive at a set of proposals that increase the activation of the shift to digital informatics.

Where the study was descriptive and relied on the scientific method by eans of a comprehensive social survey of all officials of the Ministry of Social Solidarity, which numbered (62) single, and the researcher used aquestionnaire form, and the study reached the financial requirements of one of the elements most in need of the transformation to digital information represented in the provision of appropriate financial support to keep pace with the progress of work and update The necessary infrastructure, as well as advocating human cadres and building their capabilities by training them to use the digital program, transferring experiences between workers and facilitating the process of networking between social departments
