Abstract EN

Marriage is a sacred bond in all religions, including the Islamic law, but the early marriage in particular – as the focus of my research - is common in Islamic regions, especially for girls, and it has been approved by Islamic law in accordance with special criteria and certain conditions within specific controls and clear legislation that must be available in both parties who are supposed to get married.

So through enhancing its pros and cons, people can form a successful marriage, since it is a very good thing to preserve the chastity of the parties as well as to keep them away from committing sins, in addition to protecting the family and society from the moral evils.

This research focused on two important aspects of early marriage: the first aspect is the position of Islamic law regarding the early marriage that recommended applying it, while the second aspect is the reality of Muslim societies in which people getting married at an early age and how the spouses deal with each other, which results in different positive and negative consequences and the reasons behind these different results which will be explained in this comparative doctrinal study in line with its social application based on a scientific vision
