The legal regulation of Telework contract is the contract concluded between the employee and the employer, according to which the employee performs work for a wage out of the usual place of work and independently from other employees and the employer in return for the work gives a wage, and this is done using modern technological means, whether it is performed inside or outside the home as the case may be to perform the work it was agreed upon, which leads to a reduction in the production cost of the institution.

This has only materialized through the flexible system represented by the "remote work system" and although this system is global because of the wide spread use of the Internet, but this does not exist in Iraq, so we hope the Iraqi legislator will organize this issue, in order to bring Iraqi legislation in line with its global counterparts and to level it with the global standards, and make this type of contract a golden opportunity for many, including those with special needs, to do Telework.
