Abstract EN

The study aimed to find out the level of practices of social responsibility towards human resource in the national corporation for metal structures industry in Ain Defla state, the study relied on the inductive approach using the descriptive analytical method, and data was collected using the questionnaire, where the form was distributed to a sample consisting of 35 cadre, the data were analyzed and processed using spss program version 22 and using descriptive statistical tools and T test.

The results showed that there is a high level from the point of view of the corporate cadre in the application of social responsibility in its three dimensions represented in the economic, legal and charitable dimension, while there is a medium level of commitment on the part of the corporate towards the ethical dimension, and in general the level of practicing social responsibility programs with its various dimensions on the human resource was high.
