Abstract EN

This study aims to identify and test the perceptions of insurance workers about the level of trust and empowerment in their work environment, depending on their demographic and functional characteristics, including a random sample of (140) employees working in five insurance companies located in Blida.

The data analysis was based on descriptive statistical analysis and several statistical tests, such as T-Test and Anova.

The results of the study showed that the perceptions of the workers were varied between weak toward the dimensions of the freedom of action, collective action, participation and communication, and moderate toward the dimensions of training and motivation.

It also indicated that there were no statistically significant differences in the perceptions of the workers toward trust and empowerment.
