تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى استكشاف واقع مؤشرات الإبداع و الابتكار في الجزائر، و كذا التعرف الهياكل الخاصة بالبحث العلمي.
حيث سجلت الجزائر 292 براءة اختراع خلال سنة 2019، أما فيما يخص هياكل البحث فبلغ عددها 74، منها 29 مركز بحث، 12 مركز بحث و تطوير، 26 وحدة البحث، 07 وكالة البحث، أما بالنسبة للمؤشر العالمي للابتكار، سنة 2019، سجلت الجزائر 23.
98 نقطة من 100، و احتلت بذلك المرتبة 113 عالميا من بين 129 دولة شملها الاستطلاع، مسجلة تراجعا بثلاث مراتب مقارنة بالسنة الفارطة
Abstract EN
The aim of this study is to explore the reality Innovation and creation indicators in Algeria, and the identification of structures for scientific research.
Algeria registered 292 patents in 2019, the number of research structures is 74, of which 29 are research centers, 12 are research and development centers, 12 Research and Development Centers, 26 Research Units, 07 search agencies.
For the global innovation Index, in 2019, Algeria scored 23.
98 points from 100, and so it occupied, it ranked 113th out of 129 countries Survey, registered a decline of three grades compared to the previous year.
