تهدف الدراسة إلى تقدير و تقيم أداء سوق العمل بالتركيز على جانب العرض، في الدول العربية خلال الفترة (1999-2018)، مستخدما نماذج بانل الديناميكية، حيث دلت نتائج اختبارات جذر الوحدة على أن متغير عرض العمل متكامل من الدرجةI(0)، أما باقي المتغيرات متكاملة من الدرجة I(1).
أما نتائج تقدير وسط المجموعات المدمجة (PMG) دل على وجود علاقة طردية معنوية بين عرض العمل و عدد السكان و المستوى العام للأسعار، أما الأجر فالعلاقة جاءت عكسية و معنوية، أما نموذج تصحيح الخطأ، أشار إلى أن عرض العمل يصحح بـ8.
66% من اختلالات توازنه في كل سنة
Abstract EN
The study aims to assess the performance of the labor market by focusing on the labor supply side, in a sample from Arab countries, during the period from (1999-2018), using the dynamic Panel models, where the results of unit root tests indicated that the variable of the labor supply is integrated from degree I (0), while other variables came, integrated from degree I (1).
As for the results of estimating the pooled mean group, it revealed a direct correlation between labor supply, population, and the general prices index.
As for the wage, the relationship was inverse and significant, while the error correction model that indicated that the lls is corrected by 8.
66% of Its imbalances every year.
