This study aimed to estimate the impact of the money supply shock on economic growth in Algeria, taking into account the study of the open economy when dealing with the theoretical and practical side, and this is due to the reflection of the importance of oil prices in the activity of the Algerian economy, and based on a database extending from 1990 to 2019, the self-regression vector model was estimated The SVAR structure, the immediate response functions analysis, as well as the error variance analysis to measure the relative importance of the money supply shock on economic growth.
