This study aims to know and clarify the impact of digital economy on the Algerian and Qatari economics according to the internet users number.

To achieve this aim, we have used the quantitative comparative analysis over the time, by using the statistical data published by the National Office of Statistics and the National Agency for Developing the Investment, further the statistical data issued by the international economic organizations; we have also used the appropriate econometrics methods to explore the relationship between the research variables of the Selected model.
