because knowing the causes of rulings helps jurisprudence at every time and place to clarify the rulings have not proviously been explained and the reason is in the jurisprudence rulings reveal and show the reality of judgement which is very important in the understanding of the text statment of the extent of what appear by the fact that is aware of the development of legal provisions of the Guran and sunnah and jurissprudence is acomponent of the guarautor of immortality of Islamic law persistence as the function jurist the role of adevelopment of an image regulatory full life of man and society.

because jurisprudence accupies acrucial postion for any Islamic society, so the Guran and sunnah have enjoined it to follow developments in it and the couses and interests that benofit the interests of man himself, and jurisprudence is the manifestation of the perfection of islam in organizing the relationship between man and the Greator, by addressing the explanation of the paths of the cause with despotism.
