The Iraqi arena witnessed a period of difficult labor, movement, and turbulent events, especially during the First World War, and the variables that led to the end of Ottoman rule and the advent of a new occupation phase represented by the British occupation of Iraq and the birth of the national resistance led by the religious authority.

In order to shed light on those events, especially the emergence of a religious figure representing the reference, in addition to his scientific and literary role, which he undertook to lead the struggling crowds in defending the banner of Islam, Arabism and the homeland, a situation that indicates throughout history that the religious authority is the one who leads the jihad phase himself in addition To the role of that character in unifying the word of the class and he has a reformist personality and thought that brought together thought, politics and war.

That is why we have embarked on the advancement of his jihadist career and what are the main precursors of that jihadist movement that made Al-Mutafaq the headquarters of the mujahideen and the national resistance that brought together the sects of the Iraqi people In light of this importance that we mentioned above, we decided to study the topic entitled (The Impact of Mr.
