Abstract EN

The study aims to reveal the social and cultural dimensions of the Corona pandemic, and reviews some factors and causes, Such as social responsibility, community resilience, as well as some effects and outcomes; Such as risks, the ence of social justice, the fragility of social values, and social stigma, and how all of this has been reflected in the response to the Corona pandemic.

The study relied on a theoretical framework consisting of the theory of the global risk community of Ulrich Beck and Carroll's hierarchy of social responsibility, and the perspective of societal resilience according to Carpentrand others.

In the methodological procedures, it relied on a combination of quantitative and qualitative methods; This is done by using the method of re-analyzing previous studies, analyzing ready-made data and available statistics, and using participatory observation of what is happening around us and related to the pandemic
