The current study aims to learn about the barriers to distance education during the coronavirus pandemic, from the point of view of professors and students of the Department of psychology at Tlemcen University, to answer the questions of the study, the study tool represented in the distance learning disabilities questionnaire was applied to a sample of (10) professors and students and(30) students selected in a deliberate manner, following the steps of the descriptive curriculum, after statistical processing, it was concluded that the obstacles to distance education were, poor internet access in some areas, lack of budget allocated for distance education, poor physical capabilities of the student, poor response of students to this type of Education, difficulty of access for some students to the distance education platform, and difficulty of evaluation.
