This article aims to analyze the case of organizational cultural appropriateness for technological innovation in the establishment, by dismantling the organizational culture into two components, related to the factors of push and apply the process of technological innovation: the element of organizational values and the element of capacity levels in the establishment, from the assumptions based on the impediment of each of them, and this is based on analytical projections that are based on reinforced theoretical assumption Finally, we managed to see, whether if organizational culture allows technological innovation or not.
