This study aims to shed light on the judicial system approved by the Algerian revolution and applied in litigation between Algerians away from the French judiciary; Where the Liberation Front created a national judicial system aimed at creating a parallel administration to the French administration and gathering Algerians around their revolution and stripping them of a destructive and racist administration that has perched on the hearts of Algerians for more than a century and a quarter of a century.
