In this article, Sociological analysis of the use of new means of communication and media and their social impacts, As well as its impact on the individual and society, We are in an era of technology and the rapid development of modern communication technologies Which imposed new forms of communication for human interaction and complex patterns in the communication process, all of this was reflected in social life due to the intensity and amount of use.

We find many researchers acknowledge confirm the social impacts of the uses of communication and information technologies, on the level of socialization and on the level of social relations, behavior and values.

Our article is readings of sociological views on this use and what the resulting effects are, paving the way for empirical applied research on the subject, especially in Algerian society, and the loss of values and deviation of behavior we witness as, a result of exposure to the contents of that communication technology.
