Abstract EN

"The problematic search"is an essential stage of building scientific research; it is important and is the basis on wichelements of the research and its contents.

It is noted that the problematic errors occupies an undeniable area of the observations of the discussion commitees‚ this because the importance of this research procedure is underestimated and omission of his role in improvement and promotion of the research process.

This paper follows a two-track approch, the first seeks to demonstrate the truth and importance of the problematic, the second monitors the most important methodological errors in the selection and formulation of research problematic.

In order to achieve these objectives, we face two important questions: - What are the most important criteria and constituents controlling the problematic search? - What are the most important levels of error in the research problem industry?
